Very thankful for Applebee's being so accommodating, we had a large group. However we did call a head so we could be seated at a specific table. Food was good and the waiters where amazing. we had one person in our group that was kinda forgot about and when they did remember to get his order had to resend the steak back because it wasn't cooked correctly. However the manager took care of us and was very sweet about everything. Honestly with such a big group we expected it to be hard to manage but they did amazing. Thanks Applebee's!!

Stopped by Applebee’s near the airport after an evening flight and it was exactly what we needed. Our server was kind, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away, which is always a plus after a long day of travel. We visited on $9.99 burger night (Monday), completely by coincidence, and were thrilled to discover that all burgers on the menu were discounted. What a perk! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right, making it a surprisingly satisfying and affordable meal. Drinks and sides complemented the meal perfectly, and the casual, friendly atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. We picked up our order curbside today and the food was great. They accidentally forgot our bayou bowl and Stephen, the manager, was very apologetic and immediately had them make it hot for us to pick back up. The customer service was so good I had to leave them a great review. Thank you Applebees and Stephen!

The 12 ounce Ribeye was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had; full of flavor and tender, definitely a quality piece of meat. The mashed potatoes and broccoli were just right. And the sweet tea; WOW! Not overloaded with sugar, but the taste… This was indeed a very fine meal, and Hailey’s service was equally good. Helpful and always present at the right moment. Thank you, Hailey; and well done, Applebee’s!

I have never been a fan of Applebee's but today they won me over. I had the Cajun New Orleans, Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Penne Pasta. I normally can't eat anything spicy, this wasn't that bad. It was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back. I live in Spring City Tn. we don't have one. I ate at the one in Alcoa. The waitress was wonderful too. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
